Sales Training
After the initial introduction to ABC Seamless procedures and products, our sales training team will put together a custom business model for your franchise. Training will be held throughout the year at the National Franchise Headquarters in Fargo, ND with on-site sales training available upon request. In the first 90 days of your franchise, our sales team will help mold your business plan and create a tactical operations plan. Another feature of our training support is that there are bi-monthly conference calls designed to keep new franchises on track. By sharing ideas with other franchises, owners can overcome challenges and other set backs.
Our team also offers an ongoing business analysis at your request, along with having people available 24/7 to answer questions or help solve any problems that may occur. You may also find our comprehensive hiring program designed to help you hire and retain the best people available.
