Each December, corporate headquarters invites all ABC Seamless dealers to Fargo, North Dakota for its National Franchise Meeting. This meetings is focused on developing the skills of and sharing the tools that improve the productivity and success of owners, managers, sales managers, installers and salesmen.

These gatherings will allow you to network with other franchisees and provide a platform to share ideas with one another. The meetings will also provide continued training and support for the franchises in:

• Marketing
• New innovations and new products in the industry
• Business and financial planning
• Ways to build a better business

Professional speakers in the home improvement industry are invited to speak on a number of topics. We also look at the products we provide and the possible changes that are related to them. This meeting is also a good time to review standardized policies relating to the company and to go over any changes that may have occurred during the year. There is also an awards banquet, which recognizes strong franchises and sales people.

DEB HENDRICKSON: Joining ABC Seamless in 1990, franchising director Deb Hendrickson is a primary contact for all franchises. Her responsibilities include administering the official franchise agreements, along with other legal information. Planning of the National Franchise meeting is also one of her responsibilities. Deb also updates franchise information and maintaining territory maps when changes are made.
